The CCBA Certification training helps business analysts develop essential skills for their role. It is a recognized credential that validates a professional’s expertise in business analysis, following the standards set by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). This course is designed in line with the BABOKⓇ Guide v3 and is led by experienced industry professionals with in-depth knowledge of business analysis practices.
There are no eligibility criteria. Any fresher or expert-level professional can enrol for the training program.
The ECBA focuses entirely on knowledge and recall, requiring candidates to understand the fundamentals of business analysis. In contrast, the CCBA includes both scenario-based questions and knowledge-based questions. It tests a candidate’s ability to apply business analysis tasks and techniques from the BABOK Guide in real-world situations.
Our CCBA training helps teams with a consistent approach to requirements and analysis aligned to the BABOK® Guide. This further helps them reduce ambiguity, avoid rework loops, and avoid late scope changes.
A business analyst plays a key role in an organization by acting as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders. Their main responsibility is to analyze data to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
