As the Director and Founder of We-are-HR Qualifications (CIPD Centre) since June 2021,  Natasia Hieber leads a team of 11 direct reports, including 6 Support Staff and 5 Trainer Coaches. Responsible for managing curriculum development, observing delivery, assessing, and ensuring quality assurance, she drives the Centre's values of Passionate, Caring, Driven, and Friendly. Additionally, she strategically foster partnerships while maintaining the delivery quality of all CIPD Programmes from Level 3, 5, and 7 in HR and L&D.

Simultaneously, as an HR/L&D Consultant at We-are-HR Solutions since February 2016, she also specializes in job evaluation, job analysis, designing pay structures, and GDPR compliance. Her expertise extends to employee engagement strategies, executive search utilizing psychometric testing, recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and performance reviews. Moreover, she provides comprehensive support and guidance on employee relations, employment law, and HR policy development.

Throughout her tenure, she has prioritised excellence, innovation, and strategic collaboration to drive organizational success and ensure optimal HR and L&D outcomes.
