The CODP Certification employs a dual assessment method. It comprises a post-course examination and a post-course assignment presentation. This approach ensures a thorough evaluation of participants' mastery and practical application of Organizational Development principles.

The CODP Certification sessions at Learners Point are interactive, immersive, and intensive hands-on programs. We offer 3 modes of delivery and participants can choose from instructor-led classroom-based group coaching, one-to-one training sessions, or high-quality live and interactive online sessions as per convenience.
