Participants take on the role of a People Analytics Lead for a UAE group running SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and Workday across different business units. Faced with a board request for a single workforce report, they reconcile metrics across platforms, build a Power BI view, and flag where the numbers disagree.
The simulation combines metric calculation, dashboard building and AI-assisted summarisation into one live scenario, closing with a short data story pitched to a mock executive panel.
Learners get hands-on time in a simulated Power BI and Copilot environment, practising dashboard builds, natural-language queries and exit-interview summarisation on realistic HR data sets, with no risk to a live company file.
The sandbox mirrors the tools closely enough for the practice to transfer directly to the workplace, so learners leave able to open a blank Power BI file and build a usable dashboard unsupervised.
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
1
Benchmark 12 core HR metrics and explain their significance for organizational performance
2
Navigate HRIS dashboards to identify workforce trends and interpret standard analytical reports

The HR Analytics & AI Certificate Course in Dubai develops practical skills for interpreting workforce data, building dashboards and using AI in everyday HR tasks. Participants practise skills that can support workforce reporting, recruitment analysis and management decisions, including:
HR analytics involves collecting, measuring, and interpreting workforce data to understand recruitment, employee turnover, headcount, learning outcomes, and other HR indicators. It uses metrics, reports, and dashboards to identify patterns and support decisions. Traditional HR analytics can rely on spreadsheets, HR information systems, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
HR analytics with AI adds tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI to support analysis, summarise information and assist with reporting. Predictive analytics can also help estimate future workforce needs. The course covers AI prompting, output validation, bias and data privacy alongside established analytical methods.
The course is designed primarily for mid-to-senior-level HR professionals with approximately 3 to 12 years of experience who want to strengthen their data analysis and reporting capabilities. It is relevant to professionals working in Dubai and across the UAE who need to connect workforce information with business priorities.
Suitable participants include:
The HR Analytics & AI Certificate Course has a total duration of eight learning hours, delivered across four classes of two hours each. The program combines instructor-led learning with practical exercises and workplace case studies. Participants work with HR metrics, Power BI dashboards, AI applications, and predictive workforce planning. The schedule and delivery format are confirmed by Learners Point according to the program arrangement.
The course is intended for mid-to-senior-level HR professionals, typically with three to twelve years of experience. However, familiarity with HR processes and workforce information will help participants engage with the practical exercises. Learners should also have access to the required software and be prepared to work with HR datasets.
The HR Analytics & AI Certificate Course can help HR professionals strengthen skills relevant to leadership responsibilities, including workforce planning, executive reporting, and data-backed recommendations. Participants learn to present HR findings in financial terms and prepare concise business cases that support management decisions. These capabilities can complement existing HR experience when pursuing senior responsibilities in Dubai. Career progression depends on professional experience, qualifications, performance, and employer requirements; completing the course does not guarantee promotion.
Learners Point offers this program as a standalone course for eligible CHRM holders or as an extension to the CHRM Extended program. Its focus is on applying analytical techniques to practical HR scenarios rather than covering metrics in isolation. Participants work through dashboard exercises, AI-assisted tasks, and workforce planning cases relevant to organizational decision-making.
Key features include:
The curriculum covers four classes. The first focuses on calculating 12 core HR metrics and interpreting dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud and Workday People Analytics. The second teaches participants to import HR data into Power BI, build three standard HR dashboards and format visualisations for executive reporting.
The remaining classes cover practical AI applications, prompting, responsible AI use, predictive analytics and workforce planning. Participants practise with Microsoft Copilot, Excel and relevant AI-enabled HR tools. Activities include auditing recruitment screening for bias, forecasting turnover and hiring needs, and preparing a one-page HR business case supported by workforce data.
Participants need Power BI Desktop, which is available as a free download, and access to Microsoft Copilot through an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription or trial. Learners Point provides standardised HR data files for the practical exercises. The course uses Excel for data preparation and forecasting, alongside Power BI for dashboard creation and visualisation.
The curriculum also introduces HR platforms and specialist analytics tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday People Analytics, Visier and Crunchr. The level of hands-on practice varies by tool. Participants should ensure they have the required software access before class and confirm any technical requirements with Learners Point during enrolment.
