To apply for the PHRi Certification in Nigeria, individuals must meet the following requirements:

1) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position alongside a master’s degree or its global equivalent.
2) At least 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position alongside a bachelor’s degree or its global equivalent.
3) Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position.
A PHRi Certification in Nigeria remains valid for 3 years. To sustain the PHRi credential, individuals need to accumulate 60 recertification credits within a three-year duration through approved activities and programs.
The PHRi Certification exam in Nigeria is difficult with a pass rate of 76%. Enrolling in the PHRi course helps in passing the exam. Candidates will acquire an understanding of both theoretical and practical concepts, enhancing their chances of success.
To earn PHRi Certification in Nigeria, the passing score is 500.
