Participants will assume leadership responsibility for a large-scale enterprise transformation program consisting of multiple interconnected projects, executive stakeholders, governance boards, business units, and strategic objectives. Throughout the simulation, participants will address program governance challenges, benefits realization concerns, stakeholder conflicts, resource dependencies, strategic alignment issues, and organizational transformation requirements while balancing competing business priorities.

Using PgMP principles and program management best practices, participants will establish governance structures, manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate project interdependencies, optimize benefits realization, monitor program performance, support executive decision-making, and drive successful organizational outcomes while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.

Participants will explore how organizations leverage enterprise program management platforms, benefits tracking systems, governance dashboards, predictive analytics tools, portfolio reporting solutions, and executive decision-support technologies to improve program visibility and strategic oversight. The sandbox environment provides practical exposure to technology-enabled workflows supporting governance monitoring, stakeholder reporting, benefits realization tracking, dependency management, and performance measurement.

The experience focuses on improving enterprise program effectiveness through automated reporting, predictive program insights, governance automation, benefits tracking dashboards, integrated portfolio visibility, and executive performance analytics. Participants will evaluate how modern technologies strengthen strategic decision-making, improve governance transparency, enhance value realization, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.
