Participants will assume the role of Scrum Masters responsible for leading a cross-functional Agile team delivering a customer-focused digital product. Working within a realistic business environment, participants will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members, remove impediments, improve collaboration, and guide the team through iterative product delivery while maintaining transparency, inspection, and adaptation principles.

The simulation requires participants to facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while managing team dynamics, responding to change, improving collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement. The experience reinforces practical application of Scrum principles within enterprise environments and strengthens Agile leadership capability.

Learners Point’s Certified ScrumMaster training in Dubai combines 16 hours of structured instruction with workshops, Scrum simulations, enterprise case studies, AI-assisted exercises, and certification-focused assessments. Professionals practise complete Sprint delivery and solve realistic team challenges instead of studying Scrum only as a theoretical framework.
The program also includes an Automation Sandbox, facilitation practice, continuous feedback and a full-length mock test. This applied format helps learners build practical Scrum capabilities while preparing for the certification assessment.
As of July 2026, the official CSM test contains 50 multiple-choice questions. Candidates have 60 minutes to complete the exam and must answer at least 37 questions correctly, which corresponds to a passing score of 74%. The assessment is completed online after the authorised training provider registers the participant with Scrum Alliance. The test is currently open-book, allowing candidates to refer to the Scrum Guide and relevant course materials.
Scrum Alliance currently provides two test attempts at no additional charge within 90 calendar days of the initial welcome email. After the two included attempts within the 90 days, candidates must pay the applicable retake fee for each additional attempt. Candidates are advised to review the Scrum Guide, course learning objectives, and trainer-provided materials thoroughly before attempting the assessment.
The Automation Sandbox allows participants to practise Scrum implementation in a technology-enabled environment. Learners work on Sprint plans, impediment logs, Agile dashboards, facilitation templates, coaching plans, and team performance reports using AI-assisted workflows.

Yes. The course integrates AI-assisted exercises and an Automation Sandbox to support the practical implementation of Scrum. Participants use technology-enabled techniques to analyse team behaviours, identify workflow improvements, assess Agile readiness, and develop facilitation strategies.
The sandbox also supports the creation of Sprint plans, impediment logs, retrospective reports, Agile dashboards, coaching plans, and team performance reports. AI is used to enhance analysis and productivity rather than replace team judgement or the Scrum Master’s leadership responsibilities.
While it is possible to learn Scrum principles through self-study or on-the-job experience, formal training in a Scrum Master course provides structured learning, expert guidance, and certification, which can significantly accelerate your learning curve and enhance your credibility as a Scrum Master.
