The exam format and length of SPHRi Certification is as follows:

1) Duration: 2 hours and 45 minutes (plus an additional 30 minutes for administration).
2) Structure: The exam consists of 115 scored questions, primarily multiple-choice, and includes 25 pretest questions.
3) Format: It's a computer-based exam held at Pearson VUE testing centres.
The passing score to obtain SPHRi Certification is 500.
The prerequisites to obtain SPHRi Certification are as follows:

1) Possess a master’s degree or its global equivalent along with a minimum of four years' experience in an HR role.
2) Hold a bachelor’s degree or its global equivalent coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in an HR role.
3) Alternatively, have at least seven years of experience in an HR position.
4) Knowledge of Local Labor laws is also essential
The exam and preparation fees to obtain SPHRi Certification are as follows:

1) Exam Fee: $495
2) Application Fee: $100
After approval of the exam application, no refunds are provided even if a candidate withdraws or decides not to take the exam.
The SPHRi certification remains valid for three years post-testing. To sustain the SPHRi credential, individuals must accumulate 45 HR and 15 Business recertification credits (totalling 60) within this three-year duration or opt to retake the exam.
