You are eligible for SPHRi Certification in Kenya only if you have met the following eligibility criteria:

1)Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or global equivalent.
2) At least 5 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.
3) Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + high school diploma or global equivalent.
4) The SPHRi certification requires candidates to have documented knowledge of local employment laws.
The exam for SPHRi Certification in Kenya is 2 hours and 30 minutes. This is a computer-based exam.
At Learners Point, if a participant doesn’t wish to proceed with the SPHRi Course in Kenya due to any reason, he or she is entitled to a 100% refund. However, the refund will be issued only if we are notified in writing within 2 days from the registration date. The refund will be processed within 4 weeks from the day of exit.
