UAE Labour Law Compliance Risk Audit & Multi-Jurisdiction HR Compliance Simulation
Participants assume the role of HR and compliance professionals responsible for reviewing workforce practices within an organization operating across Mainland UAE and selected Free Zone jurisdictions. Teams identify legal risks across employment contracts, probation management, working hours, leave administration, termination procedures, employee relations, compliance documentation, and jurisdiction-specific employment requirements while ensuring alignment with UAE Labour Law obligations and organizational governance standards. The simulation reflects real workplace environments where compliance failures can result in legal exposure, operational disruption, employee dissatisfaction, and regulatory consequences.
Throughout the simulation, participants evaluate workforce compliance risks, review employment contracts, compare MOHRE, DIFC, and ADGM employment requirements, assess termination and probation practices, analyze payroll and overtime compliance, review employee relations processes, identify documentation gaps, and assess the impact of recent labour law amendments. Teams present compliance findings, recommend corrective actions, and develop governance controls that strengthen workforce compliance and organizational protection.
Participants also take on the role of a Group HR Director for a UAE holding company operating mainland, DIFC and ADGM entities. Faced with a snap regulatory audit, they classify each entity's jurisdiction, recalculate settlements under the correct formula, and flag every contract clause at risk.
The simulation pulls jurisdiction classification, DEWS and ADGM gratuity calculations, contract auditing and dispute-route selection into one live scenario, closing with a short remediation briefing to a mock leadership panel.
Government Portal Automation Sandbox
Participants evaluate workforce governance and HR compliance practices within their organizations and identify opportunities to improve employment documentation, compliance monitoring, leave administration, payroll governance, contract management, grievance handling, and workforce recordkeeping through structured workflows and intelligent automation approaches. Using UAE Labour Law requirements, compliance frameworks, and governance best practices, participants assess current HR processes and develop enhanced compliance mechanisms that reduce legal exposure and improve operational control.
The sandbox environment enables participants to create compliance monitoring frameworks, contract review workflows, workforce documentation controls, leave and payroll governance mechanisms, grievance management processes, and AI-assisted compliance review models. Through practical application, participants strengthen the connection between HR governance, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and digital transformation while supporting sustainable compliance performance and organizational protection.
Learners also get hands-on time in a simulated Tasheel, MOHRE Smart App and ICP environment, practising visa cancellation sequencing, work permit routing and WPS reporting without any risk to a live company file.
The sandbox mirrors the real portals closely enough for the practice to transfer directly to the workplace, while a settlement and DEWS calculator lets learners check figures instantly during each exercise.
