  • Prerequisites

    To be eligible for the SPHRi course in Dubai you must meet one of the following conditions:

    • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in an HR position and a master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
    • At least 5 years of work experience in an HR position and a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional-level HR position
    • The SPHRi requires documented knowledge of local employment laws

    The full form of SPHRi is Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) Certification. This credential is valuable in Dubai and beyond. This credential is for HR leaders in senior positions, affirming advanced HR expertise, leading to better job prospects in the competitive job market.

    The eligibility criteria for enrolling in the SPHRi course and attain the certification in Dubai are as follows:

    1. Possess a Master's degree or its global equivalent along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role
    2. Hold a Bachelor's degree or its global equivalent coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role
    3. Alternatively, have at least 7 years of experience in an HR position
    4. Knowledge of Local Labor laws is also essential

    The SPHRi Certification is valid for 3 years. However, to maintain the SPHRi credential, one must earn 60 recertification credits over 3 years through qualified activities and programs. To maintain the certification, one must complete and submit 45/60 HR-related credit hours.
