At Learners Point Academy, if a participant doesn’t wish to proceed with the SPHRi course after the registration due to any reason, he or she is entitled to a 100% refund. However, the refund will be issued only if we are notified before attending any session and before collecting the study materials.

The prerequisites for enrolling in the SPHRi course and attain the certification in Dubai are as follows: 1) Possess a Master’s degree or its global equivalent along with a minimum of four years' experience in an HR role. 2) Hold a Bachelor’s degree or its global equivalent coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in an HR role. 3) Alternatively, have at least seven years of experience in an HR position. 4) Knowledge of Local Labor laws is also essential



 

The details about the SPHRi Certification exam are as follows: 1) Exam format: 105 Multiple Choice Questions + 25 Pretest Questions 2) Exam Length: 2 Hours and 30 Mins is the duration of the SPHRi exam

The SPHRi Certification is valid for three years. However, to maintain the SPHRi credential, one must earn 60 recertification credits over three years through qualified activities and programs. To maintain the certification, one must complete and submit 45/60 HR-related credit hours.

The SPHRi stands for Senior Professional in Human Resources – International Certification.

The SPHRi exam duration and question format is given below: 1) Duration: 2 hours and 45 minutes (plus an additional 30 minutes for administration) 2) Structure: The exam consists of 115 scored questions, primarily multiple-choice, and includes 25 pretest questions 3) Format: It's a computer-based exam held at Pearson VUE testing centres
